We fully believe in the principles of transparency, openness and accountability, while respecting the confidentiality of client data to demonstrate the objectivity of our audit processes and to obtain the trust of the parties we serve.

Certification Policy

Vericert Certification has established a system compliant with ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 and accredited by the Turkish Accreditation Agency (TÜRKAK).

We fully believe in the principles of transparency, openness and accountability, while respecting the confidentiality of client data to demonstrate the objectivity of our audit processes and to obtain the trust of the parties we serve.

Impartiality

The purpose of management system certification is to inspire confidence in the public and interested parties that an organization certified or verified by Vericert fulfills the specified requirements. This confidence depends on many factors, including the competence of management and staff, impartiality and avoidance of conflicts of interest. To this end, Vericert adheres to the principles set out in ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015, and has appointed independent impartiality committees to maintain this impartiality.

Certificate Status

Vericert makes information about the certificate status of each of its customers publicly available through the Certificate and Customer Directory. This shows whether a certificate is current, suspended or revoked. In addition, all certificates issued by Vericert can be queried via the IAF database https://www.iafcertsearch.org, the umbrella organization for all accreditation bodies. This is an important tool for both organizations and their customers to confirm the validity of their certificates.

Suspension Policy

Vericert does not suspend certified customers if the processes associated with certification proceed normally. It does so only under certain conditions and in exceptional circumstances and according to the state of their circumstances. In the event of suspension, a client’s management system certification is invalid until the suspension is lifted.
