What is the Gender Equality Program?
The Gender Equality Program, developed by Escarus, is a measurement, evaluation and certification system developed to analyze gender equality practices on a corporate scale. The Gender Equality Program Certificate (CGEP) is an indicator that institutions have adopted an egalitarian and inclusive approach in line with the development goals set by the United Nations for 2030.

This certification program has not been prepared for any one sector like other international certification programs. Within the scope of the program, a Basic Level or Advanced Level Gender Equality Program Certificate is issued specifically for companies that meet certain qualifications as a result of the Gender Equality Evaluation Score calculated with CEODA.
