Compliance and ethics

Our code of conduct sets out our expectations, commitments and requirements. The Code applies to persons under Vericert control.

Here are some important principles in our Code:

Impartiality

The purpose of management system certification is to inspire confidence in the public and interested parties that an organization certified or verified by Vericert fulfills the specified requirements. This confidence depends on many factors, including the competence of management and staff, impartiality and avoidance of conflicts of interest. To this end, Vericert adheres to the principles set out in ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015, and has appointed independent impartiality committees to maintain this impartiality.
